Outpatient Registered Respiratory Therapist Job Summary 

• Cutting edge diagnostic services that include Super Dimensional Bronchoscopy, Endobronchial Ultrasound Bronchoscopy (EBUS),Bed side bronchoscopy,  and Bronchial Thermoplasty.
• Pulmonary Function testing
• Obtaining and running arterial blood gases
• preop CABG teachings
• Delivery of small volume nebulizers. 
• Oxygen & Aerosol Therapy .
• Assist with airway management in some case

Registered Respiratory Therapy requirements:

• Graduate of an approved respiratory care technology program with a current North Carolina Respiratory Care license,
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or CRT credential, RRT preferred. Three (3) to five (5) years of current clinical respiratory care experience preferred.
• Clinical life safety certification requirements must be achieved prior to the end of the probationary/training period include: ACLS, PALS and NRP. Adult critical care experience is preferred
