In this role, you will specialize in stabilizing patients, assisting with mobilization, implementing therapeutic interventions, and establishing discharge plans. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' ability to handle everyday activities. This position is primarily dedicated to inpatient care, with about 30% of your time spent on outpatient care.
