Seeking Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. This position primarily focuses on orthopedic patients, but the caseload may also include patients with generalized weakness, vestibular disorders, and balance issues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care and be open to working in a collaborative team environment.  New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions, balance issues, vestibular disorders, and generalized weakness.
  • Provide hands-on therapy using a range of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and aquatic therapy.
  • Document patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Work closely with a large team of seasoned Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the importance of ongoing rehabilitation and self-care.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in continuous professional development, including workshops, conferences, and team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Current Physical Therapist license in NC
  • CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate and motivate patients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
